Arizona Mills Mall

In 2013, Villa took over control of the entire food court at Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe, Arizona with plans to redevelop the project.

We infused the new lineup with a mix of our current core and emerging brands, newly created concepts and licensed brands, as well as a partnership brand with a local celebrity chef! Along with a complete overhaul of the brand lineup, Villa remodeled the common area and brought in brand new furniture to match the updated décor.

The project re-opened in 2014 as The Food Hall by Villa at Arizona Mills. Today, the fully completed project contains 11 quick service and fast casual concepts.
