VRG has now fully opened Phase One of its locally inspired food hall at the Arrivals and Departures Hall in Terminal B of LaGuardia Airport
MORRISTOWN, NJ (August 2021) – Just in time for the high-travel season, Villa Restaurant Group’s (VRG) first six food hall concepts are all operating at the brand new state-of-the-art Terminal B Arrivals and Departures Hall at LaGuardia Airport, most recently opening Hill Country, and their proprietary quick-service brand Green Leaf’s. The first of the units debuted with the grand opening of the facility in June 2020 at the height of the COVID pandemic with additional offerings phasing in over the past year. A celebrity chef driven bar and an expanded seating area will join the lineup in 2022 to complete the full food hall development.
Located in the main commercial area of the terminal and within feet of the much celebrated and admired Water Feature, travelers are offered an exceptional lineup of food choices from iconic local brands. Together with LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP), the private developer and operator of Terminal B, VRG and LGP have created an easy and streamlined experience for all travelers. “We’re thrilled that Terminal B guests have access to a robust lineup of offerings, ranging from the famous Junior’s Restaurant and Cheesecake and our most recent addition, Hill Country” said Joanne King, Director of Commercial Operations, LaGuardia Gateway Partners. “We thank Villa Restaurant Group for bringing iconic brands to the brand-new terminal.”
